Was feeling good initially upon our interaction which turned sour very quickly. To explain, we have two dress up parties coming up. One of which we sorted 1 costume for perfect that date set in stone. The second of which my wife didn't realise fell on a same day as another event. Now admittedly our responsibility to know this before hand however the issue is the thought occurred while we were in the parking lot. We spent no longer than 15 minutes outside the store of our initial purpose got out the car and I approached the counter. I can clearly see all the signs for NO REFUNDS specifically for head gear for health and safety reasons. The wig purchased was unopened and the costumes unopened spent more time on the car seat than in our *unclean* hands for contamination. The counter staff didn't accept any other answer. Offered a store credit for everything but the wig. Store credit for a store I won't ever return to with that attitude. I understand if we had taken it home or waited a day etc I would wear the responsibility. But to leave the shop turn around in a timely manner, you got to dressing in your own clown outfits before making such jokes.

They were quick and understanding. Nice,helpful staff. And they new exactly what you wanted and they didn't muck around. I will be sharing this AWSOME place with all my friends. I am going to rate them a 10/10. No doubt about it.
I will never return to this shop again for the pure fact of how I was spoken to by the worker there!!!!! Upon looking around my teenage son found a mask he liked and tried it on. We doth did not see the sign requesting NO TRYING ON so I get it! We were in the wrong! The lady working there then spotted my son with the mask on and immediately started yelling from across the shop in an extremely aggressive and irate way. I replied back calmly but she continued on to the point I was yelling back at her saying that I understood that we now had to make the purchase. I was made to feel extremely embarrassed, uncomfortable and annoyed! People make mistakes and I own that! However, how dare you speak to me or anyone with that tone and aggression! This situation could have most definitely been handled in a more adult and professional way! I wish your business well with 1 less customer...

Fantastic customer service, reasonable prices, & a wide variety of costume choices. The lovely ladies in the store today went above & beyond to assist my search for a last minute costume, & as an introvert I appreciated the distance I was given to comfortably explore the shop for myself. I will 110% be returning, & recommending to friends
Love this shop! Their range is great and the ladies who work there are super helpful. We've shopped there a few times for murder mystery costumes and it's defs my go-to place!
