Give this place a miss! Dishonest!! I had a blower with a starter cord that wouldn’t retract. He couldn’t fix it so instead of telling me he it was stuffed he wound the cord up inside and told me it was fixed and charged me. I should have tried starting it there and then but I just trusted it was fixed. I got home and tried to start it and the cord came straight out. I went back to tell them and all he said was that he had to get back the time he put into trying to fix it! What ever it is you’ve had fixed, try to start before you pay!! I’ve learned my lesson!

All good I am a fitter I all ways take the time to remove the part myself take it in staff are all way helpful supply the correct parts and I fit it myself saving Labour to the guy with the blower Starter retract problem . If you can't work lot the cause of the problem your self you need to pay Labour for some one else to pull it apart and look even if it's bad news you still have to pay the service Labour charge even if it's a bin job pretty simple I can't believe ppl are so stupid to expect expert service Labour for free .just because it's not fixed doesn't mean it's a free service I have never seen a sign any where in any work shop saying if it's not fixed it's free. Lol silly man was probably a cheep Chinese unit. Unlike the high quality Japanese units sold by this business
