This little shop is the best little party shop I have been to. The staff have great ideas and really know what they're doing. Very helpful and couldn't be nicer.

This company and the woman in charge is an absolute joke and disgrace. Ordered a gender reveal balloon that was picked up and popped in 15 minutes. Staff are extremely rude and hang up on your call we questioned why a $40 balloon would pop in 15 minutes. Blamed everything on us and “being rough” with the balloon. I have had many celebrations where balloons have been picked up and put in a car and nothing pops. Would not offer to replace, told me I would have to order another one. If I could give no stars I would as one is too many. Need to work on their customer service and quality of balloons obviously.

Called in on the spur of the moment. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly. She made me a beautiful ballon bouquet for my friends 60th birthday. Very reasonably priced and looks amazing. Thank you.

I'me a regular customer to balloons by the bay most recently to organise decorations and balloons for our schools graduation. I've always found them to be professional and on time. They provide excellent service and make sure everything for your special occasion is perfect as well provide all care information ragarding your purchases. 
Always With a smile, they are family friendly and I would highly recommend them for all your party and wedding and special occasion needs.
