Honestly, this has to be one of the worst parking spots in the CBD. It’s more expensive than most other car parks and absolutely not worth it.nnThe lift took forever, was tiny, and really dirty. Lift button also not working for level 5 and level 6. The parking spaces are ridiculously narrow, and some of them are basically impossible to park in. There are pillars everywhere, so even opening your car door is a struggle. On top of that, there are way too many reserved spots, which makes finding a usable space even more frustrating. Distance between 1 car spot and another car spot is so narrow.nnThe area also didn’t feel safe, especially if you’re with kids. Such a waste of money. I really regret parking here and definitely wouldn’t come back.
I parked my car here on the 28th of November 2025 as I was staying in the city overnight. Upon returning to the carpark and using the lift I found that all the buttons were broken and that I was trapped. I pressed the emergency call button but it didn’t work either, my phone at first had no service whatsoever. Then luckily flicked to sos only. I had to call 000 to get out of the lift. Luckily the fire brigade arrived quickly. I will not be parking here again. And would like a refund due to the inconvenience and stress caused.
Well priced but tight spotsnI used the secure parking app to pre-book my spot. There was a time restriction as to when to arrive and exit, but that was ok for us. All passengers had to exit to them park the car and the exit of this car park goes onto Flinders Lane
Be very aware that there are many reports of cars being broken into every week including mine during daylight hours this week and people making camp near stairwells. There are no security cameras in the building. The lift is old, dirty and some floor button lights don't work.nI won't go near this carpark again, there are much better and safer options in the city for the same price.nJust to add - I reported my car break in to them via phone that night, they just said, management will receive the police report, so no need for them to take anything down they haven't tried to contact me either - so don't believe the responses they are giving people on google.
