As soon as I entered I got my affairs in order as I didn't think I'd make it out alive. It was small and dingy. There was a discarded airfryer sitting under the ramp so if you need an airfryer it might be worth your while but I'm unlikely to go back. P.S. It cost $26 to park there on a Saturday evening.

Absolutely terrible experience. Parking is advertised for $26 overnight on signage outside this car park and it is a total scam! This is not what you will pay! I was forced to pay $100 for a Sunday night in order to leave this car park! Nobody answered the intercom to be able to question this before leaving. I have also in the past week and a half since parking here sent 3 emails, all of which have gone unanswered with no response received at all and before you guys give me your lame generic please email our customer service team response as demonstrated repeatedly in the many other complaints, I got the contact email from other peoples complaints as you don’t answer your phone lines - save save it! Do not park here! Do not waste your money on this absolute disgrace! It actually saddens me that I have to leave 1 star to post this review as this experience is not even worthy of that 1 star! EDIT TO ADD: I have done exactly what was advised in the reply comment from the business below. Still no communication or follow up. I have sent exactly what was asked below 7 times!!!! That’s right ….SEVEN!!!! Emails have been unanswered for weeks. Absolutely abhorrent service. This company is an absolute joke. Park elsewhere folks! EDITED FURTHER*** Company are now requesting copies of bank statements and my credit card numbers since emailing a complaint. Really poor service.
NO PAYWAVE facility and still charge full rates for the inconvenience!!! I got stuck in the lot at midnight after work as I no longer carry my credit card apple pay and cash women at night. Prebooking online is not always an option and in this age of technology it is inconceivable that a company as established at this doesn’t update their pay systems.
I parked there Monday night from 8pm to around 1pm we left it cost me $100 I could not believe it, not happy
Extremely disappointing experience and customer service. Took half an hour to leave. Tried to pay, no pay-wave, wouldn’t recognise inserted cards, went and got cash out, wouldn’t accept cash, called the help number - made us pay over the phone, and told us to buzz the number at the gate and they’ll let us out, no one answered for 5+ minutes. If you can’t provide a quality service, resulting in customer dissatisfaction, at least wave the fee and don’t trap your customers in without satisfactory exit options.
Not only does this car park charge and extortionate amount $75 for 3 hours they do not have pay wave and charge $1.88 to use your card. Car parks are so close together you can barley open your door. Would rate negative if possible.
$65 for 2 hours what a absolute joke. Do not park here.
This is straight up the worst carpark in the world, and I grew up in third world countries. Legit. Don't do it. Not ever. Not even once..
Secure parking is a dodgy company to say the least. 123 and 200 queen street were listed as participating Citypark21 car parks but after all the hassle of getting into the app, it then said they were not. Total waste of time.
