First i would like to thank the inconvenience of a human being who stole my number plates while i parked here. Then i would like to thank wilson parking for charging me twice because i apparently took too long from paying to driving out. I took ten minutes to take photos of my car.... as i no longer had number plates. Intercom also didnt work....

HIDDEN Fees (Beware) - Unethical - USE ANOTHER PARKING! please read: Intercom does not work - phone customer service does not respond - NOT suitable for four wheel drives. Terms and Conditions of this parking is not like other standard parkings so beware. Even if you go as an early bird you will be charged full day rate unless you get a second ticket. It does not have a smart service and unethically they mention in their terms that you have to get a second FOLLOW UP Ticket! Their early bird is more expensive than many other car parks in the city. You can easily find $17 ones so I hope you do not make the mistake that I did. I trusted their signage and parked thinking I'll be charge $24 as I got there at 9:00 am and left at 5:30 pm but was charged $79.63 because it did not get a second follow up ticket!! I have not seen any other parking like that! When I called the intercom there was no response and their phone customer service did not respond either. The car spaces are so small so if you have a 4 wheel drive you will have the risk of getting scratches. There are plenty of other carparks around. I personally will never use them again.

Shittiest parking in melbourne city bays are really tiny and the dumbest people parking like idiots no way to come out of car once you parked there Not recommended for anyone in city Really disappointed from wilson wasted my 3 hours

After trying to find a car park in the complex itself (people taking out multiple bays, easy to do as the bays are tiny) you waste around 15 minutes ($23 for the first hour). Make sure you either have a valid credit card, tap and go or cash. I got caught out by not having any of those on hand thinking that the pay stations accept a normal good old key card, BIG MISTAKE!. In all, it cost me $70 by the time I sorted out the payment (ran to the closest ATM). I would have made it for the 2 hour limit (normally $47) but crossed into the third hour and paid an extra $27. Even if you think you will only be there for a $6 half hour parking cost, you WILL NOT MAKE IT, a bare minimum cost of $23. Long story short, three hour drive to melbourne (return) $20 in Gas, park for 1 hr and 20 minutes + trying to find a car park and ATM $70. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ROGUES AT BEST!!
