A good parking bay, your kidding me right?! It’s that narrow, no one can fit through there in their cars without some sort or of issue or damage - which unfortunately had happened to me! Side of my door, the bumper and the bottom part of my car are all scraped badly!! Lucky my car is old ffs! Never visiting again!
Put the prices up an extra $3 for early bird parking to $21 a day. What extra service am I getting for an additional $15 a week...
Bad customer service, the early bird has misleading information. No one helps. When someone “staff” helped he said that I have to paid the massive amount that charges before or wait till three. Which in the terms and conditions says at 2:00 pm. They don’t even know their own rules.
Very tight spaces and expensive, with dirty and smelly lifts. They also close the upper early bird floors off randomly, with no notice or signage visible until you drive up to the floor. Southern Cross car park is far better than this if you can find a spot there.
Very easy to park & exit, even for my Audi Q7
Today before parking at this place I checked the sign and it was $17 flat. I came back to get the car the sign was $10 flat. I put the ticket in the machine and $54 for less than 3 hours. I had young children couldn't wait to talk to someone but there was another unhappy customer who paid $70 for 3.5 hours talking to staff on the phone asking them what happened to $17 flat rate. Why are you deceiving your customers?
Great weekend parking. $17 booked online for overnight Saturday to Sunday, tap in and out with a contactless card for convenience. Spaces are wider than other lots. Would definitely book again. Recommend booking online to avoid susprises about how much you expect to pay when you roll up.
Booked online. No issues. Entry/ exit is very good. During peak hours on weekdays, due to congestion on Little Bourke St, it may take fair bit of time to get out; otherwise all good.
book online!!! super cheap you set entry and exit times only paid $5 parking in the city on sat night for 3 hours was great.
Leaving Level 2 on a mid week evening at 5.50pm resulted in spending 40mins sitting in my car before I got to the exit barrier. Complete traffic chaos inside car park & trying to feed into the street. Will never return. Time wasted.
