The gates to this parking via 450 Flinders Street were not working .. no update on website while booking or the gate itself directing one to use the the15 William street entry. Car stuck half on road and on footpath had to use the their intercom to get the relevant information with other commuters honking. The employee on the phone still did not give full info that I will need to call them again when I use 15 William Street entry point as there is no where to insert your pin .....really bad experience
Awful experience. The only good thing about this is the location. Lifts weren't working and so we tried to use the fire escapes to get to our car. Couldn't exit into any floor as all were locked. Ended up having to walk up the vehicle ramps to get to our car. So bad and there was no clear signage anywhere.
This car park is highly misleading their customers. I had parked my car on the 28th of December at 6 pm. Their Signboard outside clearly displayed " Flat Rate, Closes at 10 pm ". We got back at 9.10 pm to a closed parking lot . Upon calling the displayed numbers, they claimed it is a public holiday and they close at 7pm. They can only open if we pay the fine of $125. No sooner that I told them that the flashing light still says Closes at 10 pm, they switched off the neon light immediately. Their signs are misleading and no way a customer can look into the tiny board placed at the entrance inside the parking lot which says "Public holiday closes at 7 pm " Every one will be mislead by the flashing signs outside the parking lot. I had my daughters with me and it caused immense trauma to my 5 year old who was wailing in the end thinking we will be locked out of house for ever. The entire time the person on the other side of the phone was hearing every thing at our side yet gave an automated response that " I understand you are not at fault but I cannot open the gate unless you pay $125 " I would have paid the fine without a fight if I was at fault, but this company literally BAITS customers with their flashing signs outside. We have recorded the entire thing and also have the video of Neon light flashing before they were cheeky enough to switch it off. I will be making a consumer complaint on this company. ‐-‐--‐-------‐‐ An update - secure parking management got back to us and refunded $125 thanks to the Google review
Had the most unpleasant experience dealing with this company. They give out false and misleading information out to their customers. I was visiting from Sydney on Monday December 27th and parked my vehicle into this parking station upon seeing their neon sign displaying that they close at 10pm! When I returned from dinner at 9.35pm, the carpark was locked. I range the number to retrieve my car only to be told that I would have to pay $125.00!! or come back the next day!! My frustration was that I was trying to explain to the person on the line, that the sign stipulates "closes at 10pm". all he could do was apologise but I still had to fork out $125.00. It was like talking to a brick wall when I told him that this was false & misleading advertising. When you first click on their website page the first thing that comes up is their operating hours for the day, in this case on Monday December 27th it says open today 6am - 10pm. Their defence on this matter , it's a public holiday. You have to scroll down to find that on public holidays they close at 7pm. Yet the neon sign clearly contradicts this and this was the only reason I entered the carpark in the first place. I took photos of the sign and their operating hours. To me this is false and misleading advertising and I will be taking this up with the ACCC . A warning to everyone, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
A bit away from everything but plenty of spaces. Some CBD parking lots have narrow or steep entrances, this had neither. Very easy to find, and clear and safe pedestrian access. They close the doors at the advertised time of 10pm, so set a timer because it's a $125 call out fee or PT home and back the next day for overnight rates. Public holidays are charged at the weekend rate. I parked here Good Friday public holiday.

Have issues leaving this complex at least twice a week. Tonight there was a build up of cars all the way up to level 3 due to a fault with the exit gate/payment system. Sort this out - it’s ridiculous how often this occurs and the call centre staff have no concern for the fact there are other people screaming at you from outside your car because of the fault. It’s disgraceful.
Booked a spot online and received the following text message: “Secure-a-Spot Booking Confirmation Use PIN 57327 at 15 William Street Car Park on 03/03/2022.” Arrived at the correct time at the address above and was then told I had to enter from a different address to use my online booking. I was under time pressure and had no time tu drive around the block in rush hour. I parked somewhere else and they will never get my business again.
These dirty thieves rely on very small signage to rob unsuspecting visitors to this city. Parked at 6.45 Sunday night after driving 5 hours from interstate. Came back at 8.50 after dinner to find the carpark locked up. Upon contacting them were forced to pay $125 to open the door to retrieve our car or sleep on the street until 6am. Apparently we should have read the fine print to see they “close” at 7pm. What disgusting people. We had made a very unscheduled visit due to a car accident in our family. Even telling them did not matter at all.
DO NOT USE SECUREPARK, this company is a complete rip off, double charging for parking when paid online and then was not able to get out of the parking without being charged a ridiculous $63. They advertise a customer service number to call but you get no answer, we waited for and hour on the phone before giving up. You can log a service request on their website but again no response, despite 5 requests for a response. They are nothing else but thieves and should no longer be in business.
