One of the most expensive car park fir weekend flat rate. I used it as it looked wider and was manned. Their phone touch pay option didn’t work and the operator gave me pay by phone option which wasn’t really helpful as they make you enter your card using the phone. Super inconvenient when you need to get number from same device. The guy who was there then offered to pay for me and I transfer money to him and I am sure he never made the payment and just got the money in his pocket. Pretty dodgy. Will go back to my 10 dollar one 200 meters down next time
Good location but you cannot park there when there is a big event happening in the city. Entry and exit points are on Flinders. It took about an hour to get in, because of the traffic lights on both sides. Exiting was a bigger issue, it took me 90 mins just to get out. Not exaggerating at all. On the night of Sunday 06/11/2022 when it was busy due to a game at the MCG, it took about an hour to get in and more than 90 mins to get out. Cannot park there during busy weekends. Secondly, the console where you enter the pin is hopeless. The touch screen belongs to the 1990s. It is very difficult to key the digits in and I believe that is one of the reasons why people took that long to get in and out. PLEASE MAKE THE ENTRY AND EXIT PROCESS SIMPLER!!!
Shameless money grubbing. Entered yesterday on a $19 early bird plan, to take my children to see the Myer Christmas window. We ended up departing earlier than planned, and I was shocked soon after to receive a message from Secure telling me I'd been charged another $19! How in this world could you be charged MORE for leaving earlier than planned?? What difference does it make to Secure - they actually profit again from selling the empty parking space.
It is good that there is always spot available but it is so expensive! I paid yesterday $84 for just over four hours parking. The most probably price ensures availability. Lifts always work what is convenient and it is specious and has a good access to it.
Beware! Thieves are roaming the parking lot opening random cars. Unfortunately my friend's car was opened and the guy who was seen wearing a black hoodie riding a bike as seen by the car's internal dashcam stole shoes and a bag. Good thing no real expensive valuables were left inside. NOT SECURE prking space at all!!
Our parking place. A day in the city than this secure parking is the best. Easy tram access.
I would say location is perfect and it's very spacious for parking also entering and exiting out as well. BUT my my !!! Lifts and hallways are scary ! Disgusting dirty ,feels scary to pass through lifts . Button doesn't work sometimes . I would think twice before going there at night .
$25 for 16mins. What a joke. Dirty, congested and generally scummy. Avoid unless you like the smell of urine.
Not user friendly or trustworthy I bought parking online and when I got to the gates the pin that was emailed to me was invalid. I had to pay a second time. There has been no response to my request for refund. DO NOT PREBOOK they can’t be trusted to refund when there is a tech problem
You can only pay by card via the magnetic strip, no tap and go and no cash .. once someone’s strip doesn’t work it’s mayhem ,, need to update there pay system
