Stayed at the Langham for a business session which commenced Monday morning and finished Tuesday lunch time. Thought I would have to pay a premium for parking here maybe $50-$60 but couldn’t believe it when when I was charged $156.00 for the privilege on the way out! A workmate drove to the front door of the Langham and got valet parking for $69.00 for the same stay. Wilson, You are an absolute rip off! Be warned if staying here and check the rates!

Paid for parking online only to find no spaces in carpark and was stuck trying to exit for 30mins as every aisle was blocked with back to back cars who were in same position looking for a spot. I could see other carparks near closed as full so obviously Wilsons let's people in too cash in and doesn't care about disappointment

Unfortunately had to attend an unexpected meeting at Southbank. Made the massive mistake of pulling into a Wilsons parking.......once biten, forever scarred. $70 dollars!!!!! That's ok  will never get my business again. I made sure I have put the memo out to my business members and my peers.

Booked online for Saturday night, can't even get a proper car space for parking. Everyone end up doing double park or parking in intersection. Just felt ripped off from what I did pay for. AVOID!!

I parked in Eureka Tower on the 25th of August, 2022 from 12:08 to 14:23. When I drove in, I did not see any obvious sign that indicated the exorbitant rate I was going to be charged would be $72

We parked here and I was pleased to see security cameras installed and one was pointed in our cars direction. Unfortunately we found our car damaged on return, so we requested the company review their security footage for us. We were told they only have security cameras at the entry/exit and pay station.... So, they have fake cameras in other places???? Don't park your car here if you are expecting a safe secure location.

$78 for 3.5 hours parking!! What a joke If we knew we would have parked at crown!! Can get premium parking at crown for $80

Worst car parking experience. Choose this car park because I was attending a show at the Art centre. Made a booking online days prior and couldn't find a spot after circling in a maze-like configuration, constantly hitting a dead end with lots of cars also doing the same. Wasted more than 30 minute and missing the beginning of the show. What a disappointment, you'd think Wilson Parking should be a reliable and easy to get a spot, just pay online and show up as per booking time to park your car, but no. It was a horrible experience. I could see there are plenty of empty car spaces in area which are gated or barricaded with no access. Other cars seemed as confused as I was.  My advice is to avoid this car park if you are attending a show.

Nice quick hidden car park, pre-book was easy and same with entrance and exiting the car park.  Car park space is spacious and driving around was easy.

We booked a park online at Wilson’s car parking Southbank and paid $19. Today we went there and on leaving got a receipt for $72 which they have  taken out of our bank.. we will be requesting an immediate refund of $72… please be aware of this and check your receipt on leaving. Not at all happy.
