Deceivingly located next to a Wilson's car park on a one way street with limited visible signage until you have already turned into the entrance gate area. I was charged $50 to park for 4 hours on a weekend when Wilson's next door which is where I thought I had entered was only charging $15. When I contacted customer service to complain about the confusing signage, ridiculous price and to see if they could at least price match to the $15 I was simply told that the signage is fine and that they have no control over the pricing and that I was unable to get a refund as it was all my error. On top of this the parking itself was very tight and allowed very little room to safely park your car and to get out of the parking space. Overall I am very dissapointed with the service and I will never park in Secure parking again. I do not recommend this parking at all.
They refused editing their carpark to 7 cars for 45 minutes even though they false advertised their prices. Their sign says $35 weekend parking and they were trying to charge us $50 even after mailing them through the proof on their sign. They charged one of the cars $50 whT fused a refund, and also but the end of it refused our intercom calls AND normal calls. I called them to do a manual payment over the phone and once I asked how can I trust them on charging me the $35 he said he’s happy for me to be waiting in the csr park, told me to have a good night and hung up on me. Refused all calls on intercom after that again. Fix your signage or obey your prices. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Could’ve been fixed in 1 min.
We left our car overnight, then when we tried to leave it said we owed $199. We pressed the help button to query this, the man said it was $95. We tried to pay, card kept getting declined. At this point there were lot of people waiting behind us. We checked our bank account, even though it said the card was declined, they had taken $390, and still we couldn’t get out. A lot of time wasted and almost FOUR HUNDRED dollars for ONE night of parking. You owe us a refund.
Avoid avoid avoid! Similar to previous reviews, very deceiving signage, tiny and limited car parks. Go to Wilson's next door do NOT get ripped off
DO NOT park here. I had one of the most infuriating parking experiences of my life, after the football, today. It took more than 30 mins to exit the car park due to old or faulty technology. A long line of cars in chaos.
Avoid parking here. Price advertised at entrance is not what is charged at exit. Park in the Wilson parking lot next door.
I've expected a slightly higher price for parking in the city but $86 for 2h is criminal. No receipt, machine doesn't print only asks for mobile number but receipt never came through.
DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK Talk about highway robbery and small car spaces! If you own a 4 wheel drive or a big RAM don't use it, you car won't fit in or out! Used the ticket machine to validate our ticket, which displayed a fee of $56 The machine failed. So I used another machine next to it which then displayed a fee now of $86 in the space of 10 seconds. How does that work? Feeling very RIPPED OFF will definitely not use again!
Unless you drive a smart car - forget parking here. The spaces are tiny and hardly any room to back in and out! Inching back and forth time and time again just to move my car out of and into the space. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left. It should be shut down - it’s dangerous. First and last time there.
Avoid at all costs! They take your money and not willing to resolve the issue. No proper signage and can be confused with the Wilson parking right next to it. Matter taken to Consumers Affairs.
