Currently the cheapest reliable parking in Melbourne CBD. Be sure to make an account online which gives you a discount. Gates open automatically based on your registered number plate online. Very easy. Parking can be difficult but I have always been able to find a parking in the last 10 of so times
Utterly useless DO NOT PARK HERE!! There is a 15 minute line to get in, only to drive around the hateful carpark and find they’ve oversold it and there are zero spaces and I have to leave. The time of my comedy show has come and gone and I’m still on the second from top level in a traffic jam to get out. This hateful place sucks I’ve missed a show because they can’t coordinate their business and now they’ll probably charge me because I’ve been in here nearly an hour.nnUpdate - got charged for spending an hour in traffic to drive into and out of this godforsaken hole, without ever parking. When I emailed, I got back a sarcastic pass-agg email from someone named Samantha in Brisbane about large “full” signs which weren’t there being displayed and telling me it was my own fault for entering the carpark. Firstly Samantha, the signs weren’t there. Secondly Samantha, the commonly accepted method of managing a carpark is only selling the number of carparks you have available, then closing the carpark. Thirdly Samantha, if you concerned yourself more with resolving issues and less about trying to be clever and sarcastic in replies to customers, perhaps you’d have a better Google review score.
Came back to my car which had been vandalised - hit and dents in multiple locations, mirrors kicked off. And now have $5000 worth of damage to my car. After a police report, we were told that the CCTV in the car park DOES NOT WORK even though there was a camera directly in front of our car. Absolutely appalling given the duty of care you would think a car park should have when people PAY to park there and being alone at night in a car park with NO security. I was a member with First Parking but will never park there again. Car Park offered absolutely nothing in compensation.
This place is just a vertical labyrinth! It’s so difficult to find a free car spot and many of the lower level spots are reserved for corporations.nnI finally found a free spot on the 7th level and had to let my passengers out before parking as the space was so small! Parts of the ceiling were also falling apart in places.nnPositives - good location in the city and the price for after-hours parking was pretty cheap at $7.
Good, convenient parking but the lifts to level 6 and 7 have been broken for months and do not work. You have to access the upper levels via the stairs which can be treacherous depending what rubbish has been dumped there or who is hanging around them
