Double charged tonight after an event. And getting out from Russel street takes forever.nnWould give this carpark negative 5 if I couldnnIf you do use this carpark Do not pay for parking using the machine if going to an event. Pay on exit or you will have the same issues I did.
I parked at Federation Square carpark today and paid $32 flat rate. The disgusting state of the carpark and the overwhelming stench of urine when I got out of my car was nauseating. It wasn’t just near my car, there were puddles of urine in almost every corner. The carpark should be hosed every morning if people are urinating there on a regular basis. There were literally wet puddles of urine I had to step over to get to my car. It was obviously more than just one night’s worth of public urine. Disgraceful to charge a premium fee and not have even a basic level of hygiene.
As expected, it's a carpark in the city. Can recycling out the front is pretty smelly, but can be avoided. The public order response team sits out the front over night, so better safe than sorry
It's decent. When entering through the east entrance you can keep on driving if you want to park your car at the top. There were plenty of spaces on a weekday night. Just in issue when trying to exit from the top was that the gate wouldn't accept my paid ticket. I had to go back all the way down to exit from the base entrance. It may have been a temporary issue though
Do not park here. Terrible car parking service. Genuinely lost my ticket and the lady on the intercom said they had to charge a $72 lost ticket fee. Stated their system was not designed to access my car plate details despite it being printed on my initial ticket. What a joke. Will not park here again.
