Don’t park here. They try to charge you $69 if you don’t park on level 8. Flat rate of $18 was only applicable if you park on level 8, which was only in the fine print that nobody sees when you’re trying to drive in without getting hit on flinders street. Terrible response from staff when I discussed it over the phone.
Cool name. Cheap parking. Maybe needs a pressure clean for the urine odure But whos complaining for the price for CBD parking.
just a car park. had to go up 5 levels to find a spot but was all good. walking distance to city center and museums and ACDC Lane. think we paid about $10 for the hour on a Sunday arvo but was around $20 an hour during weekdays
Does the job. Convenient location to get into and out of CBD. Affordable price for early bird. A bit dated but can't complain.
Cheapest place in the CBD for afternoon and evening parking and always spaces. Excellent value for money but do not expect luxury. Non reserved parking starts at level 7, so just keep going up but take care not to hit someone or something on the right corners.
Good parking fee for weekend, all day park only cost $10.
Left my bag with precious diary and iPad on the shelf near the lifts...fabulous attendant picked it up and kept it safe for me...how good is that! Many thanks. Marg
I have never been spoken to a treated so badly. They were trying to charge me $69 when I spoke to the man on the intercom he was extremely rude, he started off by accusing me of calling for the second time which wasnt true and then told me i parked on the wrong level for early bird, which i didnt realise was a thing, he said there was signs everywhere maybe im blind waking up at 3.30 in the morning for work will do that to you or maybe their signage isn't very clear. He told me that there was signs everywhere so it was my problem and it was too bad and I am not Special and he kept repeating that it was my problem I said that I made an honest mistake and i didnt realise but he said he didnt care and he will do me a special of $29, i said no i cant afford that it was an honest mistake and i was still here for the early bird but he didnt care and kept hanging up on me so I had to keep calling back, I asked to speak with his manager and again he kept hanging up on me and told me to pay $29 dollars or I couldn't leave. Yes I made a mistake but at the end of the day I was still there for the early bird special I came and left in the times I was suppose to I just parked on the wrong level and got berated for it. Safe to say ill find another place to park if I work in the city again.
Cheap rates for weekend parking, but every car spot literally stinks!
Horrible attendant. The rudest fellow I am come across so far. Was just asking for help asking about early bird details. Won't be using this carpark again for sure.
