The service I received from Rentwest was exceptional. Property manager Jess is so professional she goes above and beyond. She helped me get into my rental which was a very quick turn around and she left me a lovely welcome note and a candle which was really thoughtful. Nothing is too much trouble for Jess and she really cares for her Tennants. I highly recommend using Rentwest.
I haven't yet rented with this company, but I would jump at the opportunity. After being knocked back for several rentals, I reached out to Jessica on how to improve my application. She shared practical advice, specifically referencing our circumstances. Free advice that was tailored and helpful. A rare find in today's market!
THE WORST REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN PERTH! I rented a house in Wembley with this agency, which was 750 dollars a week and offered 20 dollars more. The house was given to me with Rat droppings rats enter the house because there are holes everywhere, abandoned fruit trees which is the agency's responsibility to maintain and which attracted the rats that now live inside the house , dead flies on all the windows, cockroach in the toilet cabinet, the electric oven not working, and dust and spider webs everywhere. Obviously there was no initial condition report, the agent just gave me the keys and ran away. When I saw that everything was going wrong, I told them that I was not willing to move in under those conditions, so they simply looked for new tenants 2 days after starting the contract, knowing the crisis that exists, and manipulated me to break the lease. They kept with the 2 weeks of rent, paid in advance, and an additional 811 dollars, under the pretext of a "letting fee" that they said at the beginning they were not going to charge. As if that were not enough, they sent me an email in which they wanted me to clean the house before giving it to the new tenants, when I never moved in. The main people involved in this were Suzanne Brown the director of rent west and Ciera Bayley the property manager. However, I must clarify that the entire Rent West team was aware of the situation and they did not care. I've never felt so poorly treated in my life. DO NOT rent with them!!! They only make money in a malicious way.

Fantastic service by Chloe! My first time ever renting and she dealt with me very professionally and gave me all in information i needed to know about moving into my first home. Gave me reassurance on the things i was looking to have done at the property, very bubbly and sweet natured and i just felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Sarah has also been very kind and helpful. Both were very patient and seemed like great leaders! I trust in them and believe they have the right intentions for their customers and people. Abigail is an amazing property manager, we had the pleasure of dealing with her being tenants. Abigail is super accomodating and even came after work hours for us. Her communication is great and she really cares about her job and tenants. Would highly recommend this real estate and Abigail as a property manager. :
WORST REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN PERTH! They tried to rip you off!!! They never respect the owners and tenants. So sick that they are wearing shoes to your house!! Of course it’s not for safety purpose cuz they wearing high heels

We recently moved into a property rented through Rentwest and it's been probably the best experience I've ever had renting. Our property manager, Anna, is fantastic. She is so professional, friendly and efficient, and just genuinely really lovely to deal with. On key handover day she met us at the property with a welcome letter and a candle and it was such a nice touch! She’s so super quick to respond to everything, nothing is ever too much trouble and she knew so much about the property when we were moving into it. We've just sold our home, but when we're next on the other side of the fence and looking for a tenant, I couldn't imagine a better property manager. Really appreciate the amount of care she puts in!
