A big thank you to the Service Manager of Ford Springwood - Jarod and John for being ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had an issue with my vehicle and oil in the vehicle and I stopped in urgently unannounced. The boys were able to resolve the issue immediately and were absolutely incredible. The way they pivoted to help me as a customer was outstanding. I will definitely be back and these guys deserve a big call out for being top employees, being able to pivot and help customers in need. Thank you guys I REALLY appreciate everything you did for me you guys are A+ Grade. Thanks heaps
Took my Ranger to QFord recently for its first service, they did a great job, very good customer service, explained everything. Will return for my next service.
Congratulations to the team at Q Ford - especially salesperson James and Business Manager Clay - on a patient and professional transaction. My purchase was subject to the private sale of a current vehicle which is usually a big open ended question for dealerships however the guys at Q Ford were happy to hold me the Ford Ranger Sport while I did so where many other dealerships most likely wouldn't from my experience in the industry especially with it being a high demand vehicle. Handover was smooth and several re-appointments that had to be made while we were waiting on my car's buyer's broker to finalise everything were comfortably handled and even a last minute change to pick up on the day with an expedited handover process was accommodated had to duck out quickly from work. Great process, great team, great car. Thanks Q Ford!
The team was amazing from start to finish. Michael was a stand out and continued to help even on days he wasn't at work. I passed on our feedback to the manager but we drove 25 mins extra to go to QFord vs going to one local just due to the service and friendly staff. To date they have been nothing but helpful and we will continue to go back there for services/new purchases.
Both Fran and I had a great experience with Michael looking after us for our purchase of a new Mustang. Michael kept us informed on when it would arrive and was great with showing us over the car at pickup.
The whole experience of buying a car from Michael at Q Ford was flawless from start to finish. I was always kept informed and up to date and am extremely happy with my experience.

The refurb is coming along nicely, the receptionist is excellent. Vehicle wait times for the V6 Wildtrak are way too long.

We had the pleasure of buying a new Ford Ranger from Q Ford Springwood and we could not be happier with the outstanding customer service.  James and Clay were both helpful and knowledgeable, keeping us informed with regular contact throughout the purchasing process. They even brought forward the pick up day to coincide with a birthday. When we arrived to pick up our new wheels, the vibe at the dealership was sensational. They 'birthday wrapped' the car and everybody rallied around with cheers and party horns and balloons for the birthday reveal. We would like to thank the whole team for providing us with such a positive experience and a seamless vehicle handover.  Special thanks to James for his effort on making it such a special day for our family.  Q Ford Springwood sets the benchmark for excellent customer service which is critical to the success of a company.
