Do not trust this car yard Anthony and Ethan are both disgusting . My son brought a $27000 Nissan Patrol in March the car broke down it sat at their mechanic for 12 days with conflicting stories of what was wrong. We got it towed to our mechanic the computer is the issue . Ethan's response oh well it's past the 1000k warranty in short they couldn't care less. Do your research and read the other reviews. I don't really see what scratches have to do with the computer. 18 5.22 Update the car has now been off the road for 6 weeks so far totally unacceptable Southeast Auto Sales.
Purchased a Mazda 3 recently from this yard. Anthony and the team were great to deal with, very helpful and answered all my questions. Would defiantly recommend to other friends and family.

Purchased a car with 150,000 on the clock with 1 month warranty drove it away noticed the oil level was low took it to my mechanic who serviced it changed oil etc 2 weeks later it needed 1.5 litres was 2 weeks out of warranty rang this yard, they said they would get their mechanic to look at it so I dropped it off for the day to be informed it is the rings and its normal for a car its age and they are not responsible. it obviously had this problem when sold now I am up for a rebuild. So if you are looking at a car here DON'T they do not give a rats about after sales service.
Bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander back in March 2020, came with 3months warranty so that was good, beautiful car and fantastic staff, very helpful, car was bought online and trucked up to North Queensland at a fantastic price. However around 2 months of driving I noticed the transmission was starting to have issues, called Anthony and management advised they will truck the car down and get it looked at, car gets down there and needed a new transmission was just out of warranty at this time but they still fixed out of goodwill, new transmission was installed and I even got a detail from south east autos car looks like it did the day I got it!!! They even gave me a bottle of air freshener as I said I liked the smell when I first got my car, bonus!!!!! Highly recommend south east auto and the team they have really looked after me!!! Stuart.
I purchased a Nissan Patrol from this company. It came with a 1000km unconditional warranty. It wasn’t at all how the pictures portrayed it. None of the extras worked spotlights, winch, radio etc Covered in dents and scratches, still cakes of mud all through the chassis and throughout the inside the vehicle under the floor. The vehicle was not even cleaned properly. On the 4 hour trip back home from purchasing the vehicle, the clutch was slipping almost constantly. I called them and they told me to take it to mechanic and get it sorted and THEY WILL PAY for the work as it is covered by WARRANTY. So I did and the clutch was definitely not working properly. I got it replaced and sent the invoice via email to the customer service department. The bill was due yesterday and I still have not heard from Southeast Auto sales. Regardless of my numerous texts, ignored calls and emails.
Purchased a car that had a roadworthy from this dealership. Drove the car from Brisbane to Cairns where I live the next day. Had the car inspected 4 days after purchase and was found to have many unroadworthy problems. Dealership knew the car was being taken to Cairns and would exceed the 1000km warranty. Now will not take responsibility for a car with issues. I advise all to stay way away from this dealership and their cars.
I just wanted to write a review to say how welcoming and helpful both Holly and Anthony were at South East Auto sales. I purchased my second car through South East Auto Sales and Anthony could not have made the process any easier. He helped me picked the perfect car to fulfil my expectations. Holly is the finance broker at the yard and she made the process so easy and it all happened so much quicker then expected. Keep up the great work!
