Always get my Hilux serviced at Oldmac Toyota Springwood and can’t fault them. A huge thank you to the young lady who looked after us yesterday! Booked in for the 30k service as well as a wheel alignment. After testing we were advised a wheel alignment wasn’t needed. So nice to experience such honesty - a rarity these days unfortunately in our society. Highly recommend. Very happy customer.
This has been the most disappointing and unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced from a Toyota dealership — specifically at Oldmac Toyota Springwood.nnI brought my Toyota Hilux to them because people couldn’t hear me during phone calls, even though I could hear them perfectly.nThey told me they needed to order a part from Japan and that it would take one and a half months. I waited patiently for the entire period.nnWhen I returned, they simply said the order hadn’t arrived — no update, no appointment, nothing.nI kept calling them, and every single time I was told: “We will call you back.”nNot once did they call me back.nnI visited them many times, and at that point I had already waited nearly three months with zero real information.nnOn my last visit, I asked to see the manager.nOne of the staff tried to assist me, but she didn’t even know what part was ordered. She asked if the order was for the front window grille, which had nothing to do with my issue. I requested the manager immediately.nnWhen the manager came, I explained everything. He assured me that if I brought the car the next day, they would fix it the same day and I’d collect it the following morning.nnNow it has been six days, and in the end they told me they still couldn’t fix the problem.nnTo make things worse, they told me they now need to run a test that is not under warranty, costing $192 per hour for three hours about $577, possibly more — and even then, no guarantee they can fix anything.nnTheir communication is simply unacceptable.nThey make promises they do not keep, ignore customers, and leave people waiting for weeks with no follow-up at all.nnThis level of service is damaging Toyota’s reputation. The staff here show a lack of experience, lack of professionalism, and a lack of respect for customers.nnIf I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ll let others judge this service for themselves, because honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it.nnI strongly do NOT recommend Oldmac Toyota Springwood.
Very poor customer service. They seem to promote carsales.com cars rather than promoting their own cars . Poor owner of the franchise feel sorry for him having this type of staff. They’ll survive today because of the name toyota, but with this type of customer service, long run not looking good.
Review for Chad – Toyota ServicenChad always provides exceptional, friendly, and professional service every time we bring our car in for its six-month check. He even drives our car to the front and turns on the air-conditioning so my babies and I are comfortable getting in — such thoughtful service. We trust Toyota completely, as it’s where we bought our cars, and we’ve never had any major issues or defects. Reliable, well-priced, and backed by a brand we love. Highly recommend Chad and Toyota for their outstanding care and professionalism.

A relaxed, helpful & insightful person who possessed such an A1 style of selling.nnHe treated both my husband & I with the exact same courtesy at all times. His entire demeanor was can do, honest & he did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would do it.nnOur 2022 Prado VX purchasing experience was exceptional thanks to him & his colleagues. Trade in of our other Prado was no fuss & fair.nnIt was like night & day in comparison to the other dealership we attended.nnThank you so much, Jason for being such a terrific person to deal with.nnWould 100% recommend & and would buy from again.nnPs I didn’t crash it driving home - i may be allowed to drive it again ;
