We booked an online appointment to view and test drive the car. The sales consultant was helpful in showing the features of the car. We deposited money over the phone and received the contract in the email. The car took few weeks to arrive because of global shortage but it was worth the wait. We received the confirmation through email, went to the dealership and picked up the new car. Glad to have a new ride, CH-R koba is a fancy car!
Kal was amazing! He was very helpful and the process was very easy. Covid times are very uncertain and I did wait 8 months for my car but totally worth the wait. Definitely recommend Kal, he even did the Toyota jump lol
Picked up my New RAV4 EDGE HYBRID from Kal. Best customer service and just a really nice guy, always happy to help and spend time with me the customer to answer any questions. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone wanting a Toyota.

Great dealership, highly recommended. However, my rating is in relation to the to the service department up the road, in particular Daniel. I've had my vehicles serviced there for over 3 years now and every time we've had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel his professionalism, customer service and product knowledge has been outstanding. He is friendly and extremely attentive at his role; he truly is an asset to your company. I would recommend anybody looking at exceptional service delivery to seek Daniels assistance.
Kalled was one I dealt with & he is been great with his service. He took time to take us around for even test drive and show us all inside. This didn’t happen to us before when we bought my husbands car. So this is how we knew he is good.

Fantastic service from Kalled and Trish. Kal is very passionate about the customers and the cars. It was a very comfortable experience purchasing my first brand new car and I could not recommend the team here enough. Trish was also great in arranging paperwork throughout the process and both responded to any queries I had very quickly! Not even to mention how happy I am with my new CH-R!!
