I have been a motorcyclist for a very long time and during that time I have purchased many motorbikes. I would have to say that the Team at Gasoline Alley have been amazing! From Pat listening to my questions and thoughts on parts to fit, to Chris explaining the service side but mostly to Helen the Sales Manager. The countless questioning emails and prompt responses, most times after work hours, to to help me make the right decision to purchase this Harley. Very attentive and patient people at this business. Thank you all.
Helen and Julie are awesome to deal with, very communicative, kept me updated throughout the whole process. Both bent over backwards to get me on the bike same day that it hit the store.
Just drove in for a look around. Unlike others, Helen and Julie weren’t judgmental about me and offered a test ride even without asking for it. Brought home a brand new 2020 breakout the next week
I have been lucky enough to buy a couple of brand new bikes but none have been as exciting as this. Recently bought a new road glide special from Malcolm and the team and the service was the best experience I’ve had buying a bike. Made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Any mods were no issue and when I showed up to pick up the bike it was exactly what I had wanted. A great shop with a great team. Mad the whole experience special and memorable. Thankyou
Lost some good staff, there use to be a silver haired fella ages back who got me onto the place originally. I still pop in to visit but the customer experience is no longer what it once was for me. Still a lot of friendly and helpful staff here so don’t be deterred, all customer shopping experience expectations vary from customer to customer
Beautiful bikes for sale . Great range of merchandise. Super friendly and knowledgeable crew. And you can grab a coffee and outside seating is great.
Forget the rest. If you're based in the Greater Brisbane region or the Gold Coast, then Gasoline Alley should be your first and last stop for all things Harley Davidson. From the moment I first walked in the door and spoke to Helen the Sales Manager, to Pat in the Parts & Accessories department, Julie in Finance, the Service Team, and the whole GA-HD Team in general, the entire buying experience from start to finish was just seamless and an absolute pleasure. 10/10 would buy from here again.
Been to this dealership twice, about 3 years to buy a bike and was fobbed off so went elsewhere. Came back today to get some help and advice with a couple issues with my bike and again fobbed off, given rubbish reasons about the issues rather then focusing on trying to diagnose the problem or to actually help me. Old mate couldn’t even be bothered to book me in for a service
Helen and Julie were fantastic in helping me get my first bike! Great customer service. Always happy to help and both very knowledgeable!
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel very welcome. I would send anybody there if they are looking to buy a Harley.
