Great job! Went in to purchase full water pump kit for my 40hp merc and got watch as the owner served the French trio in front of me. It was obviously a sizeable purchase for the morning and they all apologised for the delay. Parts supplied where of good quality and comparable in price to most of the marine shops in the area. Recommend on my experience as there efforts where beyond reproach.👍🏻

Bought a new 2 stroke 9.8, happy with the service for the purchase. Found them straight forward and easy to deal with. Will return for warranty services in the future.

Really nice guy I spoke to on the phone, gave me good advice and the ability to pay off a motor on a special price. Not heard of in the retail game. I will be buying from Neptune for sure.
