Had my car serviced and was very happy with the service and the way they look after you. Marcello was an absolute delight and I will go back for the next service when it's due. Pick up and drop off is always helpful. Only thing I can say though, my last Mitsubishi dealership washed the cars after servicing which this one doesn't.
I have given my car for service at Motorama Mitsubishi Springwood. After taking back, I just opened the hood to check. I found that battery cover has not fitted properly and tied with plastic tie. Also air intake cover bolt has been removed and tied with plastic ties too. This is very unprofessional work and I never expected this kind of lousy work from official Mistubishi showroom service centre. I have attached photos for reference. Update 26th Aug : After talking to Jason Service Manager, he personally taken care of above mentioned issues. It's been fixed now. Thanks Jason.

Tried to scam my retired parents in to buying two new tiers on a car that has only done 22,000km and less than 2 years old. The tires look brand new still across the whole tire. This is unacceptable. Please be careful here!!! I recommend my parents go elsewhere next time. This scam has been verified by a local tyre shop also.

I bought a brand new Triton in March '22, started driving it home and realised the head unit was faulty volume up wouldn't work and the microphone didn't work for hands free. Let them know in the first service and was told the head unit would need replacing but would take 4-5 weeks to arrive. Took the car back and the head unit was replaced. 3 months later the second head unit has completely died. Rang to have it looked at and was told it would take about 2hrs, booked it in and turned up. Three and a half hours later was told they'd confirmed the head unit was faulty and I'd have to bring the car back to have the unit replaced. I was intending on driving the hour each way to have the car serviced through them but have decided to go through a different dealer. It hasn't been a positive experience through this service department.
