Henry did a great job helping us get the best possible deal, gave us detailed intro/test drive of the car. The finance manager gave us transparent run down of the deal. We did like the car, and it was our 1st preference out of all other options we had.

However, when we were about to leave and see other dealers for other options, manager rudely cut in suddenly, and dealing with the manager made it into the worst customer experience we've ever had.

We never mentioned that we take the "offer", the only reason we gave them our credit card is Henry mentioned that he could use it as a "weapon" to negotiate the price which we were going to do with all other options anyway. It was such an unpleasant experience getting accused of something we never intended, and pressured to buy on the spot.

We went to Toyota after that and we've decided to buy Kluger on the same day. 

I hope the manager learns a lesson from this.

Recently purchased a Car through them, was a great experience. Was a good feeling to not have to deal with a high pressure salesman.

Currently they are in the middle of a building refurbishment. As a result they are very tight on room and not many vehicles available to view or test drive which was disappointing. 
Staff were polite and helpful but we had to hunt around for initial assistance and then had to wait for a sales man to be available. Sales man was knowledgeable and answering our questions but seemed rushed. I imagine that this is due to it being busy and not many staff available. Was pretty neutral about the hrv and crv vehicles, features wise they look like a good car but upon test drive it felt like it was lacking engine power.

Went and had the pleasure of a test drive with a young salesman, who was extremely knowledgeable, polite, even offering a simple glass of water. I had many questions that I thought were out of the ordinary and he was able to answer all of the questions and even going above and beyond to give us a full print out of service costs. The salesman clearly has a great interest and passion for what he does. Afterwards we went to test drive other brand of vehicles and received such a contrast in service down the road. As a result my partner has now made purchase with the young salesman.

Average because of poor customer service. One of the blokes at the front desk needs training. Behaved as if he knew everything under the sun whilst the customers are dumb. But on querying it was the other way round. Had 2 experiences...once during the airbag recall and the other for a complete diagnostic. The service however, is quick, reliable and the pick/drop service great.
