Couldn’t speak highly enough of Brian and Jodie from Cricks Highway Kia! They made purchasing my first ever brand new car an absolute breeze and were able to answer any question I threw at them (which was quite a lot). They were patient, kind and efficient which seems to be rare in dealerships. Brian has followed up and also gone out of his way to help me sort out some issues even after I got my car and made sure everything was okay, which really shows the kind of company they're running. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to purchase a new KIA!

We went to Cricks Highway Kia for a demo vehicle as the price was competitive, however, the service, communication and efficiency is what sold us in the end. Our salesman was Brian Houghton, who has followed up a couple of times to make sure everything is as it should be and to see if we have any questions. Great team of people that we dealt with.

Sales people were nice and not at all pushy. I was in for a quote and it was given to me quickly and efficiently without trying to lure me in for a purchase contract.

The finance did not try to give me the best rate until the other finance company gave me the best rate ever. Beware, with their finance.
