Can you please hire drivers that want to work early in the morning? Timetable means nothing out of Boronia Heights early morning. The only consistency is turning up late and ruining everyone's follow on journeys. Not good enough.

The poor hygiene and inability to have a simple trip is horrible. Once again as I got on the bus, the pungent smell of vomit has littered the cab. I understand that people get sick, but this has now happened countless times on this same bus. Students on the bus notified me not to my bag on the floor, and the last time this happened students filled me in that it had happened on a friday it was clearly still present on Monday the following week.

546 out of Brisbane City from 4pm is unacceptable. Standing room only every afternoon. Sometimes nothing to hold on to. Unsafe and scarey. Why after so many years can you not make this early service a banana bus? Surely passenger safety and comfort should be your number 1 priority. Unfortunately commuters have no choice but to get on this bus. I feel sorry for everyone who has to use this service daily. It must drive people crazy! Please put on a larger bus for everyone's sake. Your drivers could do without the whinging on board and worrying about people falling. Even in a seat I've almost been thrown out of seat from braking in traffic. What would happen standing!

forgot to pick up our daughter from school and then the driver lied that he was at the school and didnt see any kids for pick up - too bad GPS tracking and cctv doesn't lie..very poor service...isnt there a Qld law stating no child is to be left behind???
