Would 100% recommend these guys for service and probably in general if you need a new car. Been using Cricks exclusively since Bryan Byrt's went under, they took my (Renault) car in and treated it like their own, even honouring a free tank of fuel BB sales promised when i bought the car initally. I've had my car serviced there many times: staff are prompt, courteous and my car comes back cleaner than when i left it... The service manager has lent me his personal car previously, all recalls get pushed through when i'm in for a routine service, plus have even had ECU and gearbox flashes applied when i go in for a (non-related) rattle. Be warned: it takes weeks to book in for a service, and longer for a courtesy car, but you could say their popularity speaks volumes.

Very poor communication and a bad service with customers after sold the vehicle. And unacceptable reasons if there is any fault in the vehicle. Specially do not buy Renault traffic one tone diesel turbo because they said that you have to drive it over 80km for minimum 20 minutes ones in a week otherwise it gets a anti pollution error and they wont cover it in the warranty BUT THEY HIDE THIS INFORMATION WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE VAN. Now i get this trouble every month and i am really disappointed.

Great service for Renault vehicles. but dont use their courtesy bus, better get an uber or taxi. It takes 45 mins plus to take you to Loganlea station (about 7kms) with normal traffic (a usual 5-10 min drive).

Took nearly three months to repair damage on new Megane that I bought from Cricks (yes, they sold me a damaged new car). Their organisation is very dysfunctional and inefficient. Stay clear.
