Good experience dealing with Cricks Highway team. Bought a Passat there and Ryan was very helpful with great communication. He helped me a lot while I was away, organising things for me. Nick from the finance dept was very helpful too. Happy experience overall and do recommend seeing them.
I purchased a T-Cross through Cricks last week and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. From the moment I contacted them about a new car they were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they worked quickly to get me in a car ASAP before I headed off overseas.
What a shame, unfortunately we will never return here! We purchased two VW’s from this dealership and the sales side of our interactions was great… but that’s where it stopped!! The service department is extremely appalling and on multiple occasions I have left feeling completely ripped off and dissatisfied with the service. The service agents are all the same and repeat phrases like they are written by robots, we just follow the set pricing guidelines interestingly another VW dealership with no prior history of the vehicle was over $200 cheaper for a schedule assured service. We will never be returning to this dealership that completely destroys any customer experience following a purchase. Very disappointing outcome and will be lodging a formal complaint with VW Australia. “Be very aware when purchasing from this dealership that the after sales service is lacking and take the time to read other reviews surrounding this. “ Oh and final point, I don’t require a reply from the dealer asking me to contact them regarding my experience as I have spoke to senior managers and got no where.
Signed a Contract for the Purchase of a New Vehicle on the 12/2/2022. VW CADDY CARGO. No communication until 25/10/2022, Monique Parker, Senior Business Manager rang to say that our Vehicle had arrived at the Port of Brisbane. Great. Over the next few weeks everything was being organised by Monique for the delivery of the Caddy. 22/11/2022 we received information via email from Natalija Jankovic, salesperson that due to an error the Caddy had never actually been built.Obviously this didn't go down to well with us and upon questioning her about the particular date on the email from Ian Downey addressed to New Car Sales Manager James Latter more about him later she thought it was a smart move to hang up on us. We arrived at the Dealership 40 minutes later to find out what has happened. First question from us was how come we were never told about the Changes that VW needed to make for the production of the Vehicle to go ahead in approximately 2 weeks after the email most certainly we weren't suppose to see this email was sent to James Latter on the 29/8/2022 or James forwarded to Natalija and she never let us know. It was obvious to us that these two were backing each other up and neither one was willing to admit fault and to provide a resolution. James basically ignored the question and said it was just a link and stating that on their system it was showing up as it had arrived into Brisbane. The more he spoke the bigger the hole he was digging for himself! but it was a great show. FURTHERMORE James had the audacity to blame Volkswagen Australia for this. 23/11/2022 we received a call from Ian Downey, Sales Planning & Ordering Manager Volkswagen Group Australia who was extremely helpful and verified the email dated 29/8/2022 was sent and in reference to SUBJECT 400781 our Caddy order and no correspondence was heard back from Cricks Highway Volkswagen so obviously it didn't go into production. We asked Ian had we received this email from Cricks and made the necessary changes to the Specification, would the Caddy of arrived in October/November 2022 and he said a definite YES. Ian also offered us a solution to this problem and we will be following his advice. Obviously this won't involve Cricks Highway Volkswagen.The Only Employee in the whole of the AUTOPACT group who has had the decency to make a GENUINE apology was our Senior Business Manager Monique Parker who has been so honest and straight forward…. There're many great Volkswagen Dealerships across Australia, however Volkswagen Australia would be better off without a Dealership like this and to show the 2 people involved the DOOR! UPDATE: 9/01/2023 Still to this date, none of the Smug Sales Staff have had the common decency to contact us and take responsibility for what happened. Obviously this shows their true Character especially you Natalija..
We just recently purchased an awesome little Golf R Grid Edition for the other half, which he has enjoyed driving since the moment he picked it up. Sales service here was excellent, everyone was so helpful and polite-it was a great purchasing experience. The staff and Manager made you feel valued, not something every dealership has the ability of doing to this level. If the time comes to purchase another VW we would definitely come back to Cricks and would recommend their sales team to anyone wanting this great sales experience to purchase a fantastic product.
Fantastic experience from our initial 'walk into' the show room to drive away. We found the team professional and very friendly. Through considered and careful understanding of our needs to arranging delivery and finally a breathtaking presentation... we felt like we were the center of attention for the whole team. Special thanks to Roy and Nicholas for their patience and assistance, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the team at CRICKS Springwood Volkswagen.
Awesome customer service! Just went into have a look ended up leaving with a new V6 Amarok so happy!!! Josh in sales hooked me up, also had stated if there are any issues just message him and he'll sort it out for me, what company does that anymore. Nicholas in finance got us 1.99% interest rate so paying almost nothing in interest over the next few years. Great team I will be back!
