All the staff at Holden Springwood were amazing. The service was very professional and prompt. A very big thank you to Gerard Forster - Salesman for spending time with me going through the vehicle specifics, arranging my first service in 2018 and making follow up calls to check everything is going well. A wonderful experience and certainly will shop again and refer people to Holden Springwood.

We have dealt with a lot of car yard over the years. And this one is outstanding on all fronts. We were able to most things over the phone and email and only 1 trip down and everything was done. The dealership overall really had no flaws. The sales team, finance teams and after sales service implicated. I hope I can say the same about the service team when we come down for the vehicles first service. The entire team made not only my husband and myself feel extremely welcomed and comfortable but my entire family which speaks volumes to me. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. In fact we have already, and hope they take the trip down to also deal with your team.

Thanks to Dave the boss and his quick response to my other review, my car is now getting fixed and friend has now bought her car, even gave me a loan car for the day. Great work, next car will definitely be bought from you guys again.

Great service right from the moment my husband and I pulled up in the driveway of Motorama Springwood. We were asked how we could be assisted, the service advisor found the salesperson we were looking for even though we had not advised we were attending the dealership. Allan Ely welcomed us and after a short chat remembered us purchasing a vehicle (The very same vehicle we were looking to trade-in) from him at another dealership 4 years ago). Allan Ely is a good ambassador to any dealership where he works as nothing is too much trouble for him. We looked at a few vehicles Allan had in stock and made our selection. Picked up a few days later. We are entirely happy with the vehicle purchase experience (Something other dealers could only aspire to).
