Just purchased a vehicle from Southside Auto Auctions. Daniel was Great!! From the moment I made the initial enquiry to the final moment of purchase, Daniel was friendly, helpful & enthusiastic. He was relaxed and not pushy in his sales approach. The vehicle was in great condition as were all of the cars in the yard. Was fairly priced and exactly as it was advertised to be. Made to be an overall hassle free experience with a quality end result. Thanks guys.
We looked at a lot of different car yards, and Southside by far had the best range to choose from, with the most realistic prices. We paid the same price for a car that was newer and with more features than anything else we looked at. TC, Chris and Dave were always professional and easy to deal with. They did everything they said they would prior to pick up, and nothing was a hassle. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.
I bought a car from there a few years ago was not real happy with service but because of their large range of vehicles on offer I thought I would give them another go and wow. I realise the business has changed hands and the new management have got it right. Great service, great price and so super easy to deal with. Thanks Gav your a legend. Not too long ago I was in a car accident and my car was a total write off. When it came time for me to get back behind the wheel I thought I'd check out a few places and had heard about Southside on the radio so I went to visit them as well . Went in and put a deposit on a Volkswagen Polo that day. The customer service was great! And in comparison to all the other car dealerships their appeal was honest and helpful, they didn't pressure me into buying anything and they weren't sleazy at all! Have had my car for a few months now and I love it, so much more than my previous! Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good deal and really helpful and honest customer service.
I bought a car from here just under 3 months ago and have been blown away by every experience I’ve had with these guys!! From initial contact to finance to picking up my new wheels.... they’ve been super helpful and friendly throughout! Just picked up my car following the 3 month warranty check needed one little thing fixed and they were amazing again! Highly recommend seeing these guys if you want amazing service and an excellent range!!

We walked in and Gavin took us through their cars and he was nothing but a great guy,. He knew the cars and which ones suited our budget, very helpful all through out the process. And the finance side of it was made easier with Chris explaining everything down to the smallest things. Always answering our calls and emails thank you Chris. After weeks of looking for a new car and visiting many dealerships i stumbled across Southside Auto Auctions. They had such a large range of cars in all price ranges and offer in house finance.
