HUGE Shout out to the amazing team who assisted with upgrading my R15 to a 2017 Movistar R3 - Richard (Finance), Mark (Sales) and Staci (Accessories)!! Everything was smooth sailing and Richard always made sure that I was kept in the loop with what was happening in the process. Richard also went out of his way to drop my original parts that were replaced with Aftermarket parts off to my father's workplace as I could not ride with them home. Mark and I went on test rides for both the MT03 and the R3 and his knowledge of the products made my decision much easier. Mark was very supportive as I was concerned of the step up in weight and power. Staci researched availability and ensured that all the accessories I needed were fitted in a timely manner for pick up the next day and kept me updated if I needed to wait for a part to arrive. I would definitely recommend a visit to Ultimate Yamaha at Springwood, in both experiences to purchase a new bike with Mark (October 2017 and March 2018) - I have never been disappointed. To compare, I received my 10k service on my R15 at another Yamaha dealer (March 2018) and it was quite unpleasant - money based rather than customer driven. Be sure to approach any team member at Springwood, they are always willing to help and check that you are looked after from the moment you walk in. I'll see you on my first service, team :)

I would like to thank all the guys who made it possible for my husband and I to have our bike on time and for all the effort that they put into providing my husband with custom gear on his bike that fitted what he wanted. I would highly recommend if you want quality service with a friendly team please go to ultimate yamaha at springwood to them you are a name not just a dollar sign. Thanks guys

Walked in looking at buying a bike later in the year, but came across a brand new Er6n. Richard knew everything about this bike, and every other bike in the store, and was easily one of the most helpful people I have met. Then came the finance, it was unbelievable how good it was. Calum had everything sorted for me, at a great interest rate, and there was absolutely no issues. Couldn't recommend Pro Yamaha any higher!
