I loved the experience despite waiting long as my car got serviced. Staff value about safety and quality work as one staff had to check everything after the service. I have never experienced something like that, I left satisfied than I expected. The waiting room is great, chilled and relaxing. Thank you guys for the work you do.

They did service my car today and didn't fill up coolant reservoir. Sitting under MIN line. I hopping they change oil and the filter if that call service in there mind.

Took my car Haval h6 2021 My babyfor service here yesterday, was very impressed with their customer service and work carried out. I needed clarification on few things and without hesitation, they sent out the required team members who could best answer these questions. Their process to hand in my car and receive courtesy car was carried out with ease to accommodate my wait time. They went beyond required work detailed to enhance the performance of my car. Any concerns I had, they covered. Last place I had my car serviced at for 1000 ks, I wasn't impressed at all with their customer service or real interest in my concerns, so I'm glad I accidentally chose this particular branch to carry out required work. I will definitely be coming here again eventhough it's the furtherest of the three for me because their service manner is uncanny. Thank you to the team!!

The worst excuse for a service and repair outfit I have experienced. Having a warranty service term here was a nightmare from the beginning. Repeated poor experiences, terrible management accountability and no real concern for the issues presented. Repeatedly forced to go elsewhere as the mechanics are unable to perform anything more than an oil top up.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I can not fault the quality of service. I was there today. Everyone from customer service staff to mechanics were friendly and helpful. Car was serviced promptly. I even received a complimentary Lindt chocolate block Thank you Tania

Booked Same day service to have my car looked at and within 2 days they had completed fixed and repaired my car. Great customer service and mechanical services

Friendly service . A few hiccups along the way but, they did their best to rectify it. More communication with the customer and better QC will go a long way.

Took my Nissan to service and had a lovely experience, had a couple of issues but the workshop controller Chris was so helpful and great to deal with. Awesome work team

I wish I had something nice to say - Bar the receptionists who were just lovely. Sadly the mechanics were Rude. Customer service is NOT on their lists of cares and it shows. Was made to feel that our broken car under warranty was a complete waste of their "precious" time. Awful to deal with. Highly recommend if you have another option rather than dealing with them - Please do so
