I have tried different physio clinics and this is best by a mile. Everyone there is so caring and supportive. It feels like they are really invested in your recovery and the different moments in your life. Highly recommend for general care, injuries and prevention. I have had regular weekly sessions with Peter and I am very happy with his care and professionalism. I have tried to stick to a healthy Pilates routine, but couldn’t until Platinum. Reception staff is also very kind and welcoming.

Platinum Physio staff have always been extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable over the years. They are not pushy and definitely work in the best interest of their clients. They also personalise programs to suit different needs. Have been going pre and post major back surgery. Highly recommend.

Peter Sahid is an amazing physio! He has helped me with a debilitating spinal injury, I told him I wanted surgery, but he told me to give rehab/Pilates a chance and I’m so thankful he did! I would not have returned to full function and no pain if it hadn’t been for him. No surgery needed! Every week I look forward to our session Thanks Peter for helping me through this journey

I originally came to Platinum Physiotherapy with a lumbar facet joint issue. The physiotherapists including Jennifer and Holly were fantastic during the acute phase and subsequently managed my back rehabilitation with great success. Since then, I’ve continued Pilates regularly and have bought a reformer table. In the meantime, Peter Shahid has been a great coach for me. I’m looking to ski and the exercise regime he has created has been focussed on making my next skiing time really high quality. He’s a real task master but the exercises are awesome and make a massive difference to my back and core. As a GP, I would recommend these guys for any musculoskeletal issues

I can't speak highly enough about Rod. I'd been suffering from a persistent calf injury that a number of physios at other clinics mistreated. Rod accurately diagnosed and treated the injury, and he really took the time to explain both how it occurred and how best to manage it moving forwards. Finally, he gave me a practical rehab plan that has gotten me back up and running again. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon these guys on the internet and hit gold. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment, communication, friendliness from everyone at Brighton. And  Peter Shahid’s  knowledge and genuine care is outstanding Highly recommended

I was referred to this clinic by an orthopaedic surgeon for a workplace injury. Jennifer & Rod helped me procure the best recovery possible. They were encouraging and supportive, in addition to providing clear parameters to aid my recovery. Thanks a lot for your help :-

By far the best Physio I’ve seen , Peter Shahid is so kind and insightful ! He has helped me understand my condition, and has helped me get my body moving again, after a years worth of seeing specialist and not being able to do much , I’ve been at Physio for a month and I’m feeling more myself than I have in a long while, I would highly recommend !!

As I express when booking the appointment I am in a Wheelchair ! I was told we may be able to park out the front, if not to use the car park in side street, which we did. The car park had drain grills, which my wheelchair got stuck & I fell forward. When we arrived at reception, there was no ramp & staff did not assist me getting in. I told them what happened & asked to see the Physio, she was in a meeting I was in pain & really didn’t feel like waiting In summary I did not see the Physio And would not recommend going to this Physio If you are in a wheelchair or have problems walking As there is no proper accessibility or care for physically impaired people
