I’ve been seeing Darren for over 4 years. As a runner, I’ve had my share of leg and lower limb injuries. Darren has helped me overcome everything from little niggles to stress fractures and also devised a comprehensive rehab program for me post-surgery. As a physio, he is very thorough and hands on, diagnosing the problem after an in-depth assessment and explaining the best course of action prior to commencing treatment and devising a rehab program. Darren has been instrumental in helping me return to the track and I would definitely recommend aPhysio.
