It's experiences such as the one i had at the Brighton Baths that truly make me appreciate this city. My friend and i took advantage of the kayaks at the Baths for a day, we were accommodated by their lovely staff who were nothing but friendly, giving helpful tips and location suggestions for the ultimate view of the city. Our day on the water was complimented by a quick swim and a long steam room session, it was honestly the best way to spend the day off.  If you have not yet experienced the vibrant health club i would recommend not to hesitate, spend the day utilizing their facilities and being surrounded by lovely like minded people who appreciate health and fitness.
