When I finally decided to see Nathan for personal training - to improve my fitness and better manage my osteoarthritis - I was constantly in pain, found it uncomfortable to walk and I hardly did any exercise. After 6 or so months of training with Nathan, my entire diet has changed (I'm eating healthier), I look forward to exercising every day, I've nearly doubled the number of steps I take each day, I'm more flexible and I've started lifting weights. I've lost weight and about an inch off my waist. I'm also mostly pain free! Thanks Nath!

I've been to this studio when I visit Melbourne. Being from Perth and looking for something different and special, this business didn't disappoint. The owners, Nathan and Priscilla are simply incredible. Cutting edge knowledge delivered in fun and educational sessions. They can appraise you as you move and give really helpful advice. It's so great to find passionate people who want nothing but the best for you, with the most solid foundation of good practice you can find anywhere in the country. If you want fun, challenging, educational and caring guidance for the betterment of your health, as well as your fitness, I can't recommend this place any higher.

This is the place to be, Nathan and Priscilla have the biggest heart's and truly care. With a focus on health and wellness aswell as fitness, using science based evidence meeting you were you need to be meet on a daily basis.

I've known the two owners/operators, Priscilla and Nathan for years now. I met them when they were personal trainers at my gym. They had my respect instantly as they have such a friendly vibe and are really personable- This is just too important for a client-trainer relationship! The methods of training are all about form and function, which means that the moves translate well in to real life benefits. The work outs are based around fun fitness, which is outside the norm and keeps you coming back for more, and keeps the concentration up. Well done for coming up with this great business model.

Fantastic gym catering to individual needs and levels in stimulating small group classes as well as one-on-one training. It's run by two passionate movement experts who are constantly evolving and creating new moves to make the classes challenging and fun. And it's not just about fitness, it's a holistical approach that focuses on client wellness as well. It's light years ahead of most gyms!
