Easily the best gym I've been apart of. Since day one, all of the Trainers at Vision have made an effort to introduce themselves and have made me feel welcomed into there community. I have been given a personalised plan for me and my body type which has allowed me to achieve goals far beyond what I imagined. I love that my trainer not only supports me in my goals but challenges me to better myself each time I train. I would give my highest recommendations to anyone who was thinking of training at vision.

Vision Personal Training has transformed my life by helping me lose weight and stay fit & healthy.  I've been a member for 6 years now and it's not just a gym for me but a second home.  The trainers are knowledgable and very supportive.  There is a big sense of community at Vision Brighton.  
My fave part of the week, Saturday morning boxing followed by coffee club at the local coffee shop.

I started at Vision 2 and half months ago. I’ve always dreaded exercising and going to the gym, but I’ve been so positively surprised with my time at Vision. Being part of a small studio where trainers know you by your name, as well as having a well qualified trainer to motivate and keep you on track has made such a difference. The atmosphere at Vision couldn’t be so different from what I had in mind from other gyms. The nutrition seminars and supermarket tours have supported me tremendously in changing my eating habits. I felt welcome and felt that I was not judged by others for my overweight. The everyday changes I’ve experienced in a such short period, such as being able to go up the stairs easily, or simply walking for a longer time, made my life much better already. To tell the truth, I was skeptical at first, but after losing almost 12kgs already, and even more importantly improving my energy levels and overall wellbeing, I’m sure that the welcoming, supportive, and communal nature of Vision were excellent enabling factors to make me want to keep on the path to a better healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend Vision to anyone who’s willing to give it a go to having a healthier, and enjoyable, life.

I highly recommend vision personal training to everyone I have going there for 18months and my transformation is amazing . Top personal trainers , fantastic knowledge on nutrition and weight loss , muscle gain , and just keeping fit . Every trainer is always amazing to talk to and everyone is always ready to help . You are always made to feel welcome and you are never judged . Love vision love life .

How can I describe vision personal training in Brighton? They have absolutely changed my life! I have always struggled with my weight for majority of my life (15 years) not once have I had the right guidance or support from previous trainers. I finally took the chance to try vision and have thoroughly enjoyed my experince thus far. My trainer Is Bill Mihalis and he has been able to transform my way of thinking and guide me in the right direction as far as nutrition and exercise goes. Who would of thought I could ever enjoy training? Myself, like most people out there. Absolutely hated the gym... couldnt stand being judged or looked down upon for being a larger person trying to lose weight. I never felt like I could fit in however Vision/ My trainer Bill made my insecurities disappear, for that I will be forever grateful. Now I look forward to each week, as the hard work is paying off and I have had the up most support with every aspect of my lifestyle change so far. Im so happy to have met a great team and a supportive community. I have never felt like I am an out cast or uncomfortable to train at Vision, as they have always gone above and beyond to make me feel valued and NOT JUST NUMBER. Vision has a more personal approach and cater to your specific goals and needs ... THEY WILL COACH YOU TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU!!! Bill has been able to guide me on this journey and also adapt a program thats best suited to my needs ( lower back condition). He has helped me with not only gaining  a new sense of self confidence,  I have also managed to lose 20 + Kgs. Im not done yet! I wont give up! ....this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. I cant wait to see my transformation and reach my goal with the help of my trainer Bill ; thanks Bill I couldn't do this without you :) I can honestly say with my hand on my heart if your thinking of making a change... Please drop into Brighton Studio and meet the team :) It will be the best decision of your life :)
