Rec Xpress in East Brighton is a great gym. The equipment is always looked after (far better than another well known gym!). The staff are so personable and friendly and do care about their customers. They will design a personal program for you, if you ask, at a very reasonable price...and I'm on a pension!! Yes can get busy, but what gym doesn't these days?

Love this gym. Friendly staff. Close, relatively quiet, has all the weights and machines I need. No contract required and weekly rate is spectacular.

Great gym, especially for the price. Kept noticeably clean and I've always found the staff fantastic to deal with. Would highly recommend joining.
