i love this gym with a passion i go to this gym nearly everyday and the trainers are just awesome fun to be with and to talk to them.

Nice and simple place and all the equipment is there the  owner john is a great man and the personal trainer that trained me his name is tim one of the greatest boxing coaches you can ever met

Johnny and his crew are top class trainers. I was overweight and borderline type 2 diabetic. Johnny helped me take control of my fitness through boxing helping me lose 15 kgs. I gain so much knowledge training under Johnny who has set me up on healthier path of life. I highly recommend Brighton boxing to anyone ready to take that leap to change their life around.

Excellent  facility. Very personal  service. Not too big or too precious. My 16 year old son has recently  started boxing  classes  for fitness  and  self defence. He loves it.

I've been training there with a young handsome guy called Jonny (the owner) and I love it. I've gone from couch potato to being in decent shape, I've improved my all round fitness and love doing some boxing too. I really really recommend this place.
