Equipment is very old and run down. There are so many better alternatives around the area that are actually cheaper. Terrible customer service also

Friendly staff, reasonable rates, underground car parking a major plus, overall gym looking a bit tired and most of the weights machines need some TLC or replacing

Good balance between price and customer service.  Is it perfect?  No.  But it is my preferred gym because the price point is good and it has all you need to do your workout without any unnecessary extras you don't want to pay for.
