Southern Yoga and Health Centre runs yoga, meditation and deep relaxation classes 6 days per week. We teach Hatha yoga, one of the classical styles of yoga, which is suitable for beginners and people who have done yoga before. This is yoga you can do! We also run weekend retreats with Shanti Gowans, mini meditation retreats, hikes, dinner nights, film nights, Ayurvedic cooking classes and pranayama breathing workshops up in the Dandenongs. We also have a team of psychologists working in our practitioner rooms who are available for consultations.
To create a space for people to come in to where they are able to trust themselves enough to let go their stress, their issues, their expectations, release the peace inside themselves and simply be.
