I have brought to Haval h6 from Wannaroo In aug 2022 I had a Bluetooth problem since day one I brought it. I have tried to sort this issue out with them five times but they do not respond. They just say waiting for update And I have a rain light sensor problem during the day on a hot sunny day. The wipers come on I think they have sold me a lemon cow Highly recommend not to buy a Haval
I have taken a year to write this, as I wanted to make sure my Clubsport was running and working properly after the Phoenix Holden Apprentice crashed it whilst joy riding in it. See photos. My 2021 Xmas Eve was shattered when I went to pick up my car and it was smashed in. The driverapprentice lied about what occurred, which I discovered when I found the accident site. Also, the Police noticed the lie in the crash report and crash scene. If you have a high performance car, I would not take it to Phoenix as the young apprentice was not fired and I'm sure my car was not the 1st one to be treated like it was stolen see photo. It took 9mths for Phoenix to have my car fixed and finally returned to me, had to take back following day for electric window to be fixed. The only reason they get 1 Star is due to the Service Manager, Sam, whom was thrown this train wreck, as he was in constant communications and ensured I had a loan car. Considering that my car went in for a Thermostat replacement, I'm sure they just had to get the temp up to see if there was any leaks/ problems instead of practicing for the burnout comps. I'd never go there again. Trav
Had a fantastic experience buying a car from Phoenix! The salesman Mark was brilliant very easy going and not pushy in the slightest! I would recommend talking to mark if you want to deal with someone with integrity and a decent sense of humour, when buying your next car!
