I bought a Kia from this dealer quite a while back. They did have pretty good customer service. I do doubt their knowledge of cars though. I was purchasing a Kia, and they told me that the Kia is a Japanese made car. Obviously I knew it was Korean, and I asked if they were sure. The older gentleman insisted that it was a japanese made car. They offered to change my oil of the diesel car that I purchased, but I do doubt that it was ever done. Having hit about 180000 kms, I decided to change the timing belt as part of a regular service. My own mechanic says that it doesnt seem that it was changed at the intended 80000km interval. The owners insisted that they had checked, and that the timing belts were done, when I purchased it just over 100k kms. I am just grateful that the belt didnt snap having lasted 180k kms!! I am not saying that I wouldn't recommend them as i did get quite a good deal, but if you are keen, do be cautious, and bring someone who knows a thing or two about cars, and you might end up with a good deal like me.
Bought a vehicle here a few years ago. Had problems with it. Took it back under warranty. They did dodgy repairs. Had argument with the old man and later on his son Ben. Very abusive once they get found out.If my wife had not been there things would have easily escalated. Nasty people with a bad attitude,that should have been out of business years ago.
Go to this car dealer if you want to get verbally abused...this dealer has no respect for his customers. I find it unbelievable that he is still running his business with this kind of attitude towards his customers. I DONT RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone. Go there at your own risk!!
Rip off merchant that has no respect for his customers. Bought a camper van off ben when driving 3hours in it noticed things that were wrong with it. Afew week later i took it back and asked nicely to bens dad if i pay for the parts will your mechanic fix it for free which i thought was fair seen as i only had it a day. Then ben comes out screamimg and shouting in my face as if he was going to attack me "get the f'in van out of here you f'in pommie c**t". Ask your self one question. Do you want to giving your hard earnt money to people like this??? Dont think so
Just went to buy a car and asked if he had anything similar to what I was looking for, rude old man told us to p*#s off, we were ready with cash to buy the car and would have paid asking price. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
What lovely helpful guys looked after us so well.. Kind and fitted us with the best car. Recomend they to anyone. Thank you both was wonderful dealing with you

Went here yesterday to look at a car and pointed us to a Kia and I needed a car with baby bolts and this car didnt have any and they kept telling us it did.. they were very rude to us and kept being pushy would not go here ever again

These people who sold me a lemon and wont help me with any of the cost for the repairs I DON'T RECOMEND JUST COMMERCIAL'S TO ANYONE.
