I've been going there for years. The service staff are friendly and follow up to make sure you are happy. The sales staff aren't douche bags, pretty knowledgeable as well and approachable. They have a sweet GTR to look at in the showroom, and free coffee /tea/hot chocolate machine.

Staff members are friendly and made my car service day easy by offering loan vehicle. Their bus drop off service is also excellent. The guy also help with installing baby seat and make it ease. They have great coffee😊

Would not recommend. 4 tyre changes, they said it would be done at 1pm. Got a text saying it's done at 11am. Returned at 1pm and the tyres weren't done and they asked me to pay. After I showed them the tyres weren't done, they said to come back in 30 minutes and they would have the job done. I came back at 2 and it still wasn't done. If you would like your day messed around, to be given excuses and waste money travelling back and fourth from the dealership, northside Nissan is the place to go!

Good experience when purchasing ss ute but once they make the sale they cbf with you been emailing a staff member for rego papers and a question i had still no reply.....

Was sitting in the car outside the service entrance. A mechanic parked next to us and opened his door into mine. Not a care given or apology. Good to know the mechanics take care with clients' cars
