Very open and welcoming space, everyone was friendly and very warm, the vibe was really good like a family. The sale personnel was not pushy at all. Very professional. The sale personnel that I chanced upon was Lee, he is amazing. My partner and I were extremely happy with his service in terms of the conversations we had, testing of various cars and his professionalism. Toyota is a globally good brand and the staff are well trained. Highly recommend this branch. Tested the 86, very fun to drive in and externally it is a beauty. Thank you Lee for the outstanding experience at Toyota.

Took the car in to have the airbag replaced as it is part of a manufacturers recall. Phone call from the service department saying the drive belt was cracked and needed replacement, price $180.00! It is a $22 part and took me 15 minutes to replace. I guess for others getting that call they would think that they didn't have any other option and just pay that amount. Grand Toy. would have to have gone looking for things to fix as it has nothing to do with the airbag replacement. 3/4 of drive belts out there are cracked and still operate fine, but they should be replaced some time.....$180 is exorbitant. Offer a fair price in the first place and you will get more business.

Had a great experience with Grand Toyota, they went out of their way to accommodate our business for a beautiful previously owned delivery vehicle. Presentation, quality, professionalism, service, all top notch. A big thank you to each staff member which assisted to ensure a smooth process. Thanks again

This is seriously the best experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I have purchased cars that were MUCH more expensive (Supercars etc) at other dealerships and have never had this level of after sale support. I have had this Q5 for over a year now (purchased from Grand Toyota second hand) and these guys have gone well beyond expectation to look after everything. Too many positives to list here, but critically, the initial sales staff were never pushy or douchy, and the follow up servicing and support has been INCREDIBLE!!

Maybe we're just unlucky bought a 2 yr old prado from grand toyota lifted the rear seats to find popcorn babys nappy.At 40000 service got a call from service dept with carbon build up smelly airconditioner but can be fixed for a price last service my wife picked up the car with the drivers seat rocking and now at 80000 service quoted $1400 not going back seems excessive Never dealt with them without an issue of some kind .They have a lot of good reviews just not us dissapointing
