I had an excellent experience at Grand Toyota Wangara. The service was outstanding from start to finish. L -E - E looked after everything with genuine respect and professionalism. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find service this reliable and this consistent. I highly recommend Grand Toyota Wangara and especially L- E- E for anyone wanting top-quality service.
Just had the pleasure of purchasing an LC 300 - GR Sports from Grand Toyota Wangara.nThe assistance and service provided starting with the Dealer Principle - Colm, sales team - Josh and finance - Stuart was fantastic.nTheir knowledge on the car and guidance thru the sales process to delivery was exceptional.nCannot speak more highly of the service offered, highly recommended.nThanks to the whole team.
I bought my brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid in April 2024 , have had regular services and all good until my right front wheel started making a knocking sound . Took it for yearly service and mentioned the noise , was told they couldn’t find anything and that all the other Corolla Crosses made exactly the same noise . I knew this was not the case , eventually asked for the service manager Kane to drive with me , he heard it straight away and said although they couldn’t see anything , must be internal and the strut most likely needed replacing . Booked my car in after being told that the part had arrived.. at the end of that day received a call to say that it was the wrong part and to leave my car overnight as they would get the right part the next day . Today I received a call to say that unfortunately they have cracked my windscreen during the fitting and to leave my car another night and my windscreen would be replaced . I am totally shocked , how do I know that nothing else on my car has been damaged ….? My trust in this service centre has been broken , what kind of mechanics do they have employed who take so little care while fixing your vehicle …I have been taking my vehicles to them for years..
Since my review below, Ashley from Grant Toyota has been in touch and did some thorough investigation into my complaint. Has apologised and assured me this won’t happen again. Very impressed with him.nI recently had my 100,000 k service in Wangara and have been extremely disappointed with the experience. I emailed the customer service dept with my complaint 2 weeks ago and if they had bothered to respond I wouldn’t be giving this review.nnCar was in for a day and I was told they would need it the next day as there were extra items needing attention. Fine by me.nn4.35pm the next day I rang to see if it was ready and they said they were about to text me that it was ready. No issue with that and I caught an uber which arrived after 5 which is when they close.nnThe service guy told me he had sent me several messages in the morning and when I told him I hadn’t had any communication from them and showed him my phone. He went on to ask me my brand of phone and who my provider was which I thought was a bit weird.nnHe gave me my keys and told me car was around the back . I walked the whole way round Toyota and couldn’t find my car. When I got back to the service door the door was locked and lights off. I asked some staff who were leaving and they said to try the new car sales door around the front. I found an open door and a young new car salesman was there thank goodness.nHe offered me a seat and finally found my car still in the garage.nThis guy was very polite and helpful. If I hadn’t found him I would have had to catch another uber home again.nnAll my services have been done at Grand Toyota but never again. I rarely make formal complaints but am astounded by their arrogance and lack of response.
