Kian is amazing. I went in to purchase a new vehicle and he was so helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. He could see I didn’t like being hassled and was perfect in how he helped me. Very poor. To start with the bald English bloke on service desk reception was very rude. I was passing on a message from my mechanic and all I got from him were rude and sarcastic comments. Secondly I brought my Mitsubishi to them on the advice of my independent mechanic as the shocks were leaking and not roadworthy but the vehicle was within mitsu's warranty, now I found out their warranty is not worth anything. I was looking at buying a new outlander to replace my wife's car and had planned a test drive but this dealer and Mitsubishi mean I doubt I will buy another Mitsubishi and definitely not from this dealer.
My family and I were very pleased with our experience with Kian and Sahil. They gave us promises that they kept and we're glad we trusted them. They were also very assuring and helpful with our enquiries. Kian was very thoughtful and suggests a lot of necessary things that we may need for the car as family while Sahil made sure we get the car that we thought we would never get. Thank you very much for making it possible and for making the process easy for us.
Worst experience we have ever had, arrived to pick up our car, they had 2 Weeks to have it detailed and it was not even touched Was a dirty tissue and dog hair all under the seat Spent 67k on a car and this was the service you get Never again

Excellent dealership. Ryan new car salesman organised to get our new car transported from Melbourne to Perth. We thought we would have to wait until March 2023 for a 2023 model but were able to secure a 2022 with mid-year delivery. Wow, we were delighted with the excellent service and communication we received from Wanneroo Mitsubishi and would highly recommend the dealership to family, friends and co-workers. Thanks everyone!
