First visit we were told my car was not worth more then $4000, as my partner said we were offered $7000 by another yard but was interested in the car from this yard we declined, Zane then put his hand up to my partner as he was speaking and said “bye guys I’m not dealing with you two today” Absolutely appalling customer service, we then decided we wanted the car that bad that I would go back my self to test drive and hope Zane’s attitude was better today, test drove, loved, signed the contract to subject to finance approval, I was told to find and sort out my own finance and ring him once it’s done, I was then told by him that he had put the car back on the market, before I had even confirmed approval of finance. I can not even put in words how rude this man was, WORST car yard ever. Thankfully we dodged a bullet. No wonder why there is a yard full of cars they can not sell. STAY AWAY!!!

Rang Wangara 4WD world last week to sell my car (2007 Kia). The first response was: - We have same car no one wants to buy. - then car details such as year, kms - Finally mentioned they can offer only $2500. Meantime, I got a quote for trade in value $7500 from another company. Definitely, I am not going to recommend this place. Stay away.
