Had my car serviced at Wanneroo Mazda for first time, All the staff are very pleasant and professional. I had booked a loan car for the service and it was waiting for me when i arrived. All went very smooth. Had a coffee made for me on my return. Service went well and car was washed / vacuumed. Overall a very pleasant experience and one ill be back for again next time.

Most unprofessional experience of my life. Sales personnel was so busy selling a dream to me that he couldn’t even provide tangible number of pricing. He hardly knew anything. His sales tactics were pathetic hard-sells (typical desperate techniques) and he has forgotten his role is to be an adult selling cars because for a moment I thought I was at Toys r Us. I believe the person in question will need training in Mazda’s products, update himself with the company’s online promotion and website information, and professional development in customer service and communication. Perhaps try a more respectful and friendly approach and use a less condescending tone is a good start. I prefer not to publicly shame you (hence no name) but this is your job, take it seriously if not you are not only wasting your time, you are also wasting my time and you have just helped your company lose a business deal to a competitor’s company - Honda and Toyota would be very happy if you keep this up.

Excellent service! Wayne Hutton was a pleasure to deal with and Gabrielle very helpful when taking possession of my brand new CX-5 Akera. Had shopped around at other Mazda dealerships and one in particular nearly had our business however could not be bothered returning calls! Loving my car and will definitely be recommending Wayne to family and friends! ZOOM-ZOOM !!

It is a great centre to do a quick shop. Has everything you need there. Plus it's being refurbished so it will have more to offer.

We bought a car from Geoff Styles at Waneroo Mazda and couldn't be happier with his professionalism and assistance. Geoff has stood out from other people we dealt with during our search for our car - we would happily deal with Geoff again. If you are considering going to Waneroo Mazda, make sure you ask to speak to Geoff. He is genuine and will work hard to get you the best result.
