Apologies for posting my review lately. I purchased used Honda CRV from Wanneroo Mazda via Rich Luker in Jan this year and trust me he is highly professional and courteous to his customers. He explained well about the car specifications, previous Owner history and answered to my queries promptly. I highly recommend to deal with Rich if you are looking for an excellent condition second hand car from Wanneroo Mazda.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I had my service done last week everything seemed fine. But a couple of days later I noticed my rear left rim was absolutely broken like someone went up a curb and scraped the living day lights out of it . I called on Saturday as soon as I noticed the damage they said they would call on Monday, I did not receive any call I had to follow up with them. 3 phone calls later with me calling every single time, I head down to Mazda and they said that there is nothing they could do as it was already there. If the damage was already there they should have said something and not moved it to the rear as it makes it look like they are hiding the damage. As someone who works on cars myself and in customer service this was very disappointing.
I Had the best experience buying my dream car down at Wanneroo Mazda. Being a female that doesn’t know a lot about cars or can seem like a daunting thing to go to a dealership on your own but that was so far from the truth with my experienc at the dealership. I spoke to Rich and he went above and beyond for me and helped me every step of the way.Answered all my questions and put up with my phone tag. I felt so comfortable and in safe hands, not only from Rich but from every single team member there and Jack in finance who helped me so much as well. I honestly couldn’t be happier and for a moment I thought I wouldn’t be able to get it and they never made me feel silly or like a dumb girl at all. I’ll have this car until I die but if I ever need to trade or upgrade lll be messaging Rich first and seeing what’s available. After a couple awful years buying a car may not seem like a big deal but for me it really is a huge milestone and achievement and I’m glad I went to people who really understood and made me feel special and assured. Thank you all a million!!
Mixed experience.nn to the service team who handled our warranty booking seamlessly. Daniel’s customer service and knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding.nn to used car management. A commercial slogan shadow appeared on the rear bumper that was completely invisible when purchased.nManagement declined to fix this underlying paint issue, claiming consumer law doesn't cover paint faults. The matter is now with WA Consumer Protection for state conciliation.
My current one stop shop for all things Mazda. Charles who sold me my last car, keeps in touch and always greets me when I come to either service or just asking for technical help. Billing is upfront, with no hidden costings. If extra work is needed they will discuss before moving forward. An absolute pleasure, worth travelling that little bit further. Thanks Wanneroo Mazfa.
