Other than the painful lack of signage directing drivers from Prindiville Drive to the service entrance around the back, Wangara Kia service is better than most.nnThe staff are always friendly in my experience and the waiting area is well appointed for people like me who want to get on with some remote work while they wait.nnVehicle service is as expected and explained clearly at the outset. I’m a happy customer.
We had such a great experience with Hannah when purchasing our new Kia Carnival. She was so friendly and genuine, and incredibly understanding of our family’s unique situation. Hannah went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, and we always felt well looked after. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I had great interaction with staff at Kia Wangara, particularly Glenn who was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to facilitate my purchase of a Kia Sportage. Glenn was professional, honest, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and 'pushy' tactics that I had witnessed elsewhere. Glenn even spoke to the manager to match the trade in quote I had received from another dealer.nnGlenn was helpful with my questions even after the purchase as I was still learning some features of the new car. A huge thank you to Glenn and all the team at Kia Wangara. I'm over the moon with my new Kia Tasman Taswoman and cannot wait for all our big adventures. Glenn was amazing throughout this process, from the first phone call I made to view the car and test drive, right through to the purchase, was so incredibly smooth and stress free. This was particularly important to me as I had some negative experiences, especially making visits on my own, at other dealerships. Yet Glenn answered all my stupid questions and reassured me and kept everything positive and honest and was happy to work out a great deal.
