A fine dining restaurant with a very good service, and I would recommend you should make a booking before coming because it is very crowded and busy. The food is very fresh and delicious, especially in oyster. Moreover, the atmosphere is really warm and it is good for friend catchup or family. The service is exceptional, very good with friendly staff.
Exceptional food, service and atmosphere.nThe team went out of their way to make our first meal in Hobart on our honeymoon extra special and we appreciated it all. Thanks especially to Adrian who had great wine recommendations and was generally so lovely.
Our one night in Hobart and we’re so glad we spent it at Peppina! The service was wonderful! Caitlin was so welcoming, helpful and made the experience even greater. The food was the star! We had the garlic fritta, the meatballs, the gnocchi and the special and all were incredible. Highly recommend for a romantic evening out.

They enthusiastically suggest good food and help with portion sizes, especially for solo diners.nnI enjoyed a very nice kingfish ceviche, lamb skewers, grilled scallops, gnocchi, and a super tasty panna cotta. The kingfish ceviche, grilled scallops, and lamb skewers were perfectly balanced, with an interesting mix of flavors from the fresh meat, herbs, and olive oil. The panna cotta lived up to its positive reviews and is definitely a must-try. The gnocchi had a great texture and tasted good, though it wasn't particularly special.nnThe restaurant is also spacious, adding to the comfortable dining experience. I'll definitely be back to try the lamb and Wagyu A5 in the main course.
Pepina restaurant is a great choice for Italian cuisine whilst in Hobart. From the moment you enter you are wowed by the ambience and stunning architecture. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is spacious with a large central bar. We were a group of 7 and shared all the dishes. The food was well presented and absolutely delicious.
