One of the best veg fried noodles I have had. The fact that they added more fresh crunchy veggies than the noodles made me smile. Their chilly oil was simply outstanding. Just the meal was little bit too oily. It is a small restaurant with only few seatings. They also have booked lunch that you can have of your choice in very reasonable price.
The most amazing dinner!! What a surprise for a small unassuming restaurant. Fresh well cooked vegetables, homemade delicious dumplings, egg and vegetables fried rice left us wanting to come back tomorrow! Lovely, quick service too.Food: 5/5
Such delicious dishes - I really didn't want to leave Hobart just because I'd have to wait another year or so before experiencing their food again I recommend their poached broccolini, pork dumplings both boiled & pan fried, and their chicken fried noodles.
After reading all the positive reviews, decided to stop by and had a beef noodle soup. The soup itself was quite pricey and the portion size was really small. Given the price, I would've thought it came with hand pulled noodles but no, it was instant noodles. Took 3 bites to finish all the noodles. The beef itself had no flavour, barely any hints of beef flavour too. Overall, was not a good experience and would not return.
Came here for late lunch after reading so much about it. We tired both the steamed and pan-fried dumplings, fried kway teow, vegetables with hoisin sauce and steamed custard bun. I’m lived in Singapore and I must say the cooking and quality of the Asian food at this place is good. One of the key to fried kway teow is whether there is wok-hei taste to it and I must say this one does have it! Good place to go if you need to have some comfort food from home.
Was here last week and everything was so yummy! We had the vegetable fried noodles, pan fried vegetable dumplings and boiled mix dumplings. Very well priced too.
Nice little spot for a hearty dumplings in soup. Been there a couple of times and always ordered the same mixture boiled dumplings in chicken broth but once there was a new cashier who took my order wrong and charged me for the panfried version instead. The lady that brought the food got me the boiled one after I told her the order was wrong but she probably didn't hear me through so the soup was missed. Anyways, overall was alright.
Food is pretty decent here. Staff are friendly and went out of the way to allow us to use the staff toilet as we were on the road for hours prior. We love the dumplings here. We usually order variety of dishes to share so far everything taste great. Having chilli oil as a condiment on the side is a plus.
Pot Sticker is my favourite Asian lunch eatery. We've never had a bad, or even just OK meal - the food is always amazing, delicious, fresh and fast. This place is pumping, always busy with a stream of people eating in or taking away, plus home delivery. You can order at the table on your device if you so wish. My favourite is the Chicken Laksa IMO the best in Tassie. We also love the mixed pan fried dumplings, brisket soup and the duck laksa. If you haven't been here, you need to get here ASAP.
A nice little casual dumpling restaurant in Hobart CBD. The service and food were not too bad, though the dishes did lack authenticity and quality. Overall a nice casual spot for quick Chinese cuisine.
