I ordered my pizza at around 8:10pm and its still not here 8:55pm, and i just called the store they be like, oh did you order pizza? Like they don’t even know i ordered and pizza still there unrecognized, cold and rubbish pizza, customer service is awful, think before you order from here
Best choice for a simple meal, pizzas are good, price is reasonable, and the staffs are nice and helpful.
I had Satay chicken pizza, cheese and garlic pizza and meat cheese burger pizza. And all of those were absolutely fine. I had gone through some of the reviews here but I guess the pizza quality can be vary upto who makes it. So, test your luck if you dare!
Amazing service by the front guy. He was very professional and friendly and this is what we exactly expect from a brand like this. Keep it up mate
No need to explain check the pic. They don’t even deserve one star. This is what we got on our order. They knew the pizza was burned out after that they cut it and gave it to us. They didn’t even care about our health. Please don’t waste your money on their unhealthy pizzas.
Got a few friends over and ordered 6 vegerama pizzas. But what we got was very dissapointing Not one was the same and looked very unappetizing. Toppings on the pizzas looked like a quick slam bam job, irrigular distributed; one side has toppings the other side nothing. One pizza had no topping just sause and onion. Lots of onion on the other pizzas but needed a magnifying glass to find the fetta and bell peppers. two pizzas not cut. The other ones were all cut very uneven. One "vegetarian: pizza had slices of salami on it yuk. Doesnt look there is any quality control or consistency. Dont bother ringing the store, as crude on the phone as the pizzas they make. Never again. Ordered 25 Oct. Hobart store
We went into order, the place was very dirty with rubbish on the floor and the bench that we sat at while waiting had not be wiped down in a while. Firstly they gave us the wrong pizza, apparently she miss heard my husbands order then made us wait coz she apparently had 17 pizzas in front of us.................... We ordered the cheeseburger pizza, I would recommend not to get it. We didn't even eat it coz it had a weird seafood taste. Not sure where the seafood would be on a cheeseburger pizza though‍.
We ordered online, order tracker said pizzas were ready, went to pick up. I asked about order, told it wasn't ready yet. Waited, order tracker showed finished and checked, still no pizza. Waited some more. Customer 2 places after me on order tracker came in and collected their order. I asked again, the employee who was doing all the cooking and taking phone orders checked the packed pizzas again again and said ' really sorry your supreme isn't made, I can make it right now for you '. I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes so left.
This is the 3rd time they served a cold and melted chocolate lava cake. One of the employer offered me a new one and asked me to wait 10 minutes. I was ok with that then suddenly 2nd employer came and said it will take 20 minutes for the new one as they were busy. Obviously they didn't want to make a new one. Customer service 0 Rude. Pizza was 2 out of 5
Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thanks so much to the girl who was on just before 3pm on 20/7. You totally made my day
